Loved the location, cleanliness, water cooler!!, room with a partial view of the water! layout of hotel and ammenities

not your fault but so many kids in pool and we were looking so forward to getting in an didn't b/c we saw a few hairs and small kids and workout room was also ridden with little kids playing on equipment with their parents there which is sad for you guys with how expensive it is.

Hotel limpo, bem localizado, quarto com vista externa muito bom. Café da manhã bom. Filtro de água no corredor.

Beautiful hotel and great location

I couldn't get an appointment for a facial in the spa. Also, when I was checking out, a young couple jumped in front of me to buy their bottles of water. The staff member was retrieving my invoice and instead of saying she was attending to another customer, she let them pay for their drinks. It was an easy transaction for her, but they were exceptionally rude and the man did bump me to the side to get in front of me. I didn't expect that at a Marriott and I was too stunned to say anything at the time.
