The lobby and access to all the food options was great.

I booked a room with a king size bed (and roll in shower on accident). The front desk asked if I needed the roll in shower, I explained no and it was an accident. She asked if she could change my room- of course I said yes. I expected to be in a room with a king size bed and was out in a room with two smaller beds and the AC did not get the room cold. The room was hot the entire stay but I did not tell front desk because we were there for such a short stay.

The Doubletree Crystal city is an awesome place to stay and the service is great.. Thank you to my new friends: Joy, Kemari, Marcos, Jennifer, John, Brian and Heisy. They all made a huge difference in my visit. I was here for work, but they all made me feel right at home and i am super grateful!
