"You Can Do Better !"

Disappointing experience on check-in at midnight... Approached the front desk, in my airline uniform, and one of the front desk agents immediately walked away. The other agent greeted the male guest checking in, ignoring me completely, even though I was obviously the first to approach the desk. Her dialogue continued on and on, when all she had to do was physically hand me the airline sign in sheet. The hotel itself is quite run down, desperately in need of a major renovation. The beds needed to replaced years ago. You can do better if you're looking for a pleasant DC stay, this one caters to large school groups. The kids were STILL better mannered than the two front desk agents in the overnight shift.
