The location was fantastic. I liked that we couldn’t hear the hustle and bustle of the city but were right there amongst it. The staff at each interaction were very kind and polite. Our room service Dinner meal was delivered in more than reasonable time, fresh and warm and tasted amazing. We will definitely be recommending to our family and friends. I needed to be around Melbourne for medical appointments and whilst in a stressful situation it was great to know we didn’t have to worry about our accommodation, they were able to hold our bags the day of departure and can honestly say of all the places I’ve stayed this is by far the best. 1000/10
