Clarion Hotel & Conference Center Lansing West

The hotel appears to be under construction but our stay was comfortable.

Proximity to area I needed to be in. The bed appeared to be clean and was comfortable and the towels were white and appeared to be clean. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel smells old and musty, the fixtures are worn and old, the curtains are dirty, the ceiling tiles in the hallway are stained and in some places look like they may fall, the bathroom floors may have been cleaned, but there was little attention to details such as corners where hair accumulates , the shower fixtures were not shined and appeared to be dirty, however may just be really old, shower water failed to get hot.. shower was just warm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were buckets in the halls catching water leaks. The property was very run down with lots of broken and dirty things. Overall not a safe feeling place.

Everything was comfortable and safe and Raquel was a willing and helpful employee. She should be commended for her sincerity in hospitality.
