The location was good

Didn’t clean the room. Had to go ask for a change of towels and then they were just left hanging on the door

I booked 2 rooms could only get one as the 2nd room was changed twice. Roaches in 2 rooms and a bad odor in the last room.

You get what you pay for and more. Sadly the "more" is a room that came with a smell like a dead mouse was rotting. That was strongest in the bathroom but permeated the entire room. I arrived too tired and in discomfort from a medical issue, so I climbed into bed rather than checking out. Since the hallway also smelled, changing rooms would not have made a difference. Oh, the security latch on the door was broken, not really a confidence builder as far as security is concerned. Just spend a few bucks more and avoid this property.

Never received another set of wash clothes or towels

No, customer service!! I request 3 towels custodian refuse! No one checked to make sure my room needs soaps etc... TV wasn't worked right.

You don't want to stay here. Crime right and left.

I was never informed that the pool was closed, breakfast was not being served, the tub wouldn’t drain and I found what looked like a roach in the tub. I was NOT pleased with my stay and I certainly won’t be going back.

There seem to be people living at the hotel and hanging out in the gazebos in the parking lots drinking and smoking
