Excellent service and cool location

Everything was broken. No breakfast. The restaurant was not operational. Trying to use my key card to open the room door took 5 minutes every time. The Sauna was broken. This building is lovely but not being maintained. The staff was trying to do their best but seem totally demoralized. This hotels reminds me of Gloria Swanson in Sunset Blvd. If you want to see the shell of a formerly nice hotel, this place is for you.

Room needs deep cleaned.Ugly dysfunctional lock mechanism on some rooms with wires hanging out.Dirty windows, cobwebs ,side door doesn't lock for security purpose. Non-functional so the help can come and go with ease to smoke cigarettes and flip their butts on the ground when there is a butt container right there .NO FREE BREAKFAST . Not even a dough nut , just a cup of coffee .Girlfriend sat on a rolling chair in room , lean back and the broken back kept going and so did she right to the floor ,BAM like that .Should I call EDGER ? Stayed here years ago and it was fine . no bar open .Came for a show at the Struthers . Next time we will only stay in the best . I did not know this place went to HELL . Don't stay here, you are not saving anything if you think that . I like a nice breakfast to be included with your stay .

The staff were very polite

No breakfast, locks missing on doors, key cards not working, no pool towels, no open restaurant or bar.

Days Inn has a good reputation and after reading the bio, my husband booked our stay, based on the location. Upon arrival we noted the front doors open with a fan blowing inside, because there is no AC (the rooms yes, the rest of the hotel, no). The carpets in the halls are dirty and dingy. Our room was barely clean enough, the furniture, which we did not sit upon, was stained. I was physically unable to pull the faucet open for a shower- thankfully my husband was with me. There is NO breakfast. No ice. We would not recommend.

Dated but clean, floors are absolutely disgusting. We wore our shoes inside at all times. I think people live there......

The indoor pool was a nice touch but no towels available

Rooms felt a little small and a funky smell
