Horrible property. Will never stay again. How do i contact someone to have the issue we encountered resolved?

rooms are dirty and bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned for awhile pool only goes up to 4 feet and my daughter stepped on sharp objects in pool breakfeast is only cold ceral and very old doughnut wholes we left a day early because we did not feel safe hotel was supposed to refund my extra night never did there were people in the parking lot all night drinking doors have to be slammed to shut all the way staff was not trained the first thing i saw walking into the room was a busted smoke alarm that would not stop beeping someone stole the batteries out of the remote for the tv

Bathtub was fility, phone did not work, no air conditioning, half the lights did not work. Staff changed our room. no phone in this room either. Staff not very knowledgable. They told us Breakfast was from 6.a.m to 11. . came down at 10 minutes to nine and breakfast put away already. bathtub was dirty. To bad Staff talks to each other in their language. Very rude.

the hotel was on our route. bathroom lights were attractive the bathroom needs to be torn out and redone i chose not to shower because the tub was nasty and i had recent brain surgery

I like the 🛏️ is comfortable, but under the bed around the frame is so dirty. The microwave is not working I told them twice they said I called someone in , but no one come/coffee maker is not working ,the bathtub have ink around the tub. I check in they say free pet . And she told me deposit $50. I asked her why ?she said hotel rules. When I check out, he told me ,I have to pay $50 for two nights for my pet and I told him when I check in you’ll say different way and I check out you’ll say different , I told him what kind of business is it?and he pointed the sign at the door in front of the office but when I check in I didn’t see any sign pet $ 25 ,told him I want my deposit back and he say he gonna take my deposit for my pet .don’t ever ever come into that hotel again I swear to God . 255 28th st sw Grand Rapids Michigan

Tge room itself smelled of old cigarettes. And the bathroom was smell was even worse. The bathroom wasn't very clean at all. I ended up having to get some Clorox clean up as well as some febreeze. After going thru and cleaning with my cleaner it eventually did smell better. And we were finally able to take a shower as well as feel comfortable our room. It was very spacious and my daughter and I did enjoy our time in the room. The pool/game room was extremely hot and smelled very strongly of chlorine. The water was very murky and unsettling . Our eyes were burning while playing the 1 game that they had available to play. I sat on the seat of 1 game to play it and ended up in a puddle of something on the seat. Not to to mentioned on the gas peddle on the game wasn't working anyways and upon walking to my room to change out of my wet pants, I couldn't help but notice a urine smell from what I assume I sat in. We were a little disappointed considering what we were expecting to get out of our girls night we werent able to get any of. But we did get to bond in a big comfy bed.

Not a bad hotel but the location is very iffy… it’s right on 28th street with a lot of questionable people walking around and hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t leave any valuables in your car.

Very limited breakfast. Not very many choices. Was a really noisy place. Couldn't get much sleep.
