Location!

Indoor swimming pool and hot tub was filthy, hot tub had a film over it and swimming pool was very murky looking so we didn’t dare use it. One thing I will say, our first room had “issues” and we were moved without any problem. Not terrible but will not ever stay here again. I do have a video and pictures that I emailed management so I won’t share here.

Nothing! Totally disgusting. Filthy!

Cleanliness. That hotel should be redone. We picked that place because we’ve stayed at that location before years ago and it was great. This place with new ownership? Really? And, I looked at my charges and they over billed me. I booked a king size suite and was told because I had a dog I couldn’t have that room. My dog has better accommodations at our home than we had at this hotel.

Housekeeping will start knocking at your door 2 hours before checkout If they are so quick to get people out they should return deposit asap not wait two days

Clean and comfortable beds.

Poor drainage of the bath. Shower wasn't as hot as the sink. Couldn't get full pressure to the shower, as partially still flowing to bath as well. Fan in bathroom didn't work and dirty. Remote for Direct TV didn't operate very well. Curtains were not a good fit. Generally noisy with activities in daytime hours.

Horrible never will I stay at a Clarion again nothing like it was supposed to be and did not receive my deposit back for over a month..

Everything could not even swim hot tub was down the first 3 days we was their and pool was filthy breakfast was same all week and was not the best with homeless people in the way and no one saying anything they was in their every morning crazy and discussing something will get done better business bureau will be getting contacted I would like a refund
