The room was clean and beds were pretty comfortable. Indoor pool area would have been great except it was too cold to use. All the children got in the barely warm hot to to play.

The indoor pool was ice cold and the hot tub was Luke warm. The breakfast bar was basically just cereal even though they said waffles and other items. They had the waffle makers but no stuff to make them. They didn't have anything but cereal and potatoes. We even went pretty early in The morning also.. asked about the waffle ingredients and an employee rudely said they dont have it. Even said it to our little 5 year old is a snarky way. Vomit in the area near the nightclub/ breakfast area. Beer cans and vomit left on the floor. Probably a good place if you are just wanting to hangout and party but not for a traveling family.

The location was fine. But, other than that, literally nothing.

It was dirty, very dirty. The rooms stunk. Staff were unreasonable.

"Lo único cómodo fueron las camas."

Las camas eran comodas.

La limpieza del cuarto solo botaban la basura y cambiaban toallas, nunca me cambiaron la ropa de cama y yo quería que me cambiaran la de una de las camas. Nunca usaron detergentes para el lavamanos ni el toilet. Entonces, el aire acondicionado tumba demasiado y el cuarto se sentía caliente en las noches.
