The breakfast

I really don’t like leaving reviews that are less than positive. However, there is no excuse for any hotel owner to allow their business to become so decrepit. You can see the years of neglect on this poor building. Even in the bathroom, instead of bath towels, we had two very old pool towels, with the blue stripe. When we arrived in our room late in the evening, after working at a special event all day, there was a very strong smell of marijuana. I notified the front desk and they were not able to move us because there were “no other rooms available” and they could not find any air freshener spray. The whole experience was miserable. We couldn’t even shower because all we had to dry off with were the rags they provided. It was an unfortunate experience.

Old queen. It must have been one of the best in days past but seriously dated and worn now.

floor dirty bedding had stains

I specifically booked this hotel for the pool. When checking it they had a sign up saying both the pool and the hot pool was closed. When I told them the pool was the whole reason I booked with them they offered to cancel my book so I wouldn’t be charged. They also gave recommendations to another hotel with a pool. We decided to stay anyway. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They also had a decent breakfast. I would stay there again.

Dirty floors, cigarette smoke filled room, shower floor towel was still sopping wet, comforters had cigarette burns in them, blood stain on sheet, shower ran out of hot water in less than two minutes. TV worked GREAT overall rating less than one star

The most uncleaned room ive ever stayed in. A plastic shower curtain with a used wash rag in the bathroom, terrible smell, curtains stained from possibly a water leak but more likely smoking. Im not able to upload the pics unfortunately

Supposedly a non smoking room........room stunk like old cigarettes and vape. Why is there a coffee maker when you are offered no cups?? This is an outside room, the door is in poor repair and has to be forcibly slammed when exiting. When you slam the door it sounds like the front window is going to fall out.The toilet tips over when you attempt to use it.........Do I dare flush this thing??They offer free breakfast.......No thanks,I'll pass.

The staff was mostly friendly

The property wasn’t cleaned well, I seen three different roaches in my room, and the pool was broke the entire week we stayed ( they were working on it )

Nothing at all

I was charged an extra $230 dollars never received my money back, placed was filled with black mold. Dead bugs all in floor. Everything from the parking lot to the room was disgusting. Breakfast wasn’t available. Pool wasn’t available (the only reason I booked here) everything from start to finish was awful. Pictures online is NOT what you get
