What I did not like was my first room the first bed when you walk in look like somebody slept in it no clean towels trash and all the trash cans we called and asked him if they would clean it and that was at check-in for us at 8:00 p.m. we get back to the room at 1:22 a.m. and it still wasn't done so they moved me to another room away from my party My second room look good most part no hot water waited 45 minutes for the hot water and it never got hot no cord to the phone no remote One of my friends had a frigerator in her tub I either one half of my money back or I want to refund this was the most horrifying experience of my life

Nothing about this property was okay.

When we arrived to check in, no one was at the desk. The hotel is filthy and the room was even dirtier. There was dirt in the bed between the sheets and the floors were sticky. The room reeked of cigarette smoke.

No water pressure, bad smell, rooms were dirty No water for bath tub

Nothing hot tub room was dirty asked for a clean bed spread a guess they didn’t have any. Used the excuse of oh it’s our dryers making those spots an said the laundry ppl will be in tomorrow. Next day comes no towels for the pool went to ask for towels an they said they will look but no one brought us towels what kind of hotel is this if the front desk person doesn’t do laundry to help keep the place going . Get ur shit working an they let anyone come in a get breakfast. There was a homeless person in the breakfast area when we went

Don't let the pictures fool you, they are stock photos and nothing like reality. This is more of an extended stay and not a good one. We checked in, after getting an eery feeling when pulling in the parking lot. Drove around the back of the building like the said. 1st clue to leave. Started walking to the room, walked past a room decorated like a vape shop with flashing light everywhere....2nd clue to leave. Got into the non-smoking room that straight ups smelled like cigarettes. Duvet covers were stained, toenail clippings, cigarette ashes all in the floor. And an air cleaner sitting on a counter that says not to be used while room is occupied....final straw to make us leave. I have asthma and immediately started having a flare up. Husband called the front desk. She says come up and I'll see what I can do. She is the ONLY good thing about this establishment if you can call it that. She says there's no other rooms available and she can issue a refund. After doing some research she says she shouldn't have assigned that room as it was listed as extended maintenance aka someone had done drugs in there and needed to be cleaned top to bottom. Don't waste your time or money!
