Quality Inn

Room was dirty, dated, dirt compressed in the corners, blankets stained

More like Not so Quality Inn. The check in area makes you believe it may actually be a decent hotel. Once in your room (we got a non smoking room) it smelled like someone had smoked in there anyways. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned and there was mold in the shower. The beds were uncomfortable. The morning of check out, we were trying to get our stuff to the car and a house keeper kept looking in our room to see if we had vacated yet! Don’t they get some type of notification when a room has checked out? How horrible! What an invasion of privacy! He would just shove the door open when we’re trying to bring stuff to the car. I have never had an experience like that EVER. Get your hotel under control

Wonderful heated pool.

The motel was easy to book and convenient to the interstate.

Check in took a very long time. During that time we overheard concerning conversations from staff about someone who was staying on the property, but didn't have a reservation. Minus the staff we were the only one's not heavily intoxicated in the motel. The chemicals used to clean smelled so overwhelming. Once the smell of chemicals wore off it was an overwhelming smell of smoke.

There was a strong smell of smoke and the room smelled very bad.

Non smoking rooms were smoked filled. Staff was very accommodating to find another room though

The shower actually stopped in the middle of my shower, no water pressure at all. Told the staff and their comment was they were full and everyone showering at the same time. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Bathroom was dirty. There was a huge leak from the commode. Commode was stained. Used soap wrappers were laying around the room. There was no elevator and the stairs were steep. We are both over 75 and was not offered a ground floor room. The desk clerk told us the room was "around back on the ground floor" which was untrue.
