"Just okay. "

Check in was slow. We had no hangers or coffee pot in the room. It was really noisy by the pool area. Probably won’t stay there again.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to return from wherever they had gone to. The overall appearance of the property was run down and dated. The bathroom was not very clean and moldy. The mattresses on the bed were very hard. The price listed on the sign out front was about $20 less than what I had paid when I had made the reservation online. I would definitely not recommend for vacation travelers.

Our bed sheets… were stained in multiple places. The toilet was dirty… like pee and poop stains dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke. And the door got stuck when we tried to exit the room… overall I would not stay there ever again if I’m ever in New Port TN again.
