our tv didnt work told front desk noone came to repair pool was closed firepit wasnt lite at night when we asked was just horrible

We've stayed at this property several times now and enjoy it each time. The bathroom was a little off putting, but not horrible. Or shower curtain had water stains and the tissue holder was loose. However, it was clean as far as the eye could see. My only other complaint from the last stays, was that our tv didn't work. We could get the cable channels however none of the APPs were working. This has happened twice now.

Convenient and close to airport

Property was great except they could not turn off the air-conditioning. Room was too cold and we could not sleep or get comfortable. Ask for extra bedding if you do stay. That might help.

Quiet, clean room

The hallways weren’t swept during my three day stay with visible crumbs and paper on the floors. My bathroom tub drain wasn’t attached and literally came off in my hand when I tried to open the drain. So gross. The valet driver blew snot out his nose onto the parking lot right before getting in the vehicle. Also completely gross and disgusting. Room could never get cool or under 73. It was very stuffy. They offered a fan which made me believe that I’m Not the only one who has had this issue.

The only staff member I saw was ok. Property and grounds seems tattered and in need of maintenance. Shabby. Carpet felt old. Outdoor areas just need care. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was large and clean. Provided toiletries were very nice and felt luxurious. Parts of the interior were well designed and nicely decorated. Weird beeping all night like a smoke alarm needed a battery? Unsettling. No information in room with facility info like ice locations or times for restaurants. No answer from guest services after multiple attempts. Pool was very nice. Clean. Well maintained. Grounds around pool looked weathered and in need of care.

Cleanliness, and the fact the hot tub was out of order, are my only concerns. The bathroom, had hair from heads and shaving all over the shower and corners of the room. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in some time. The room was comfortable and the bed was perfect. The staff were super nice and attentive.

Great location for shopping and food options.

I had a good stay here and really loved the amenities. The only problem I had was my TV control and room phone was not working and when I addressed the issue they forgot to send someone to fix it and had to to come back again after 5 hours of waiting.
