Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel

It was a nice stay.

I recently stayed three days at the Sheraton Hotel, and it did not live up to the 4-star rating it claims to have. While the pool area was nice and the bed was comfortable, those were the only highlights of an otherwise disappointing experience. One of our rooms was not cleaned the next day even after we specifically requested it, and another never received the extra towels we asked for. The staff gave the impression they were concerned, but nothing was actually done to resolve the issues. The rooms also weren’t thoroughly cleaned upon check-in, which made the lack of follow-through even more frustrating. For the price we paid, I should’ve just booked a stay at Holiday Inn or Drury Inn—both offer comparable amenities and service for the same cost, and I likely would’ve had a better overall experience. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this Sheraton location. The service, cleanliness, and attention to guest needs simply didn’t measure up.

Had to beg for pool towels. Didn’t like that bar closed early

It was clean and staff were nice. It is seriously oudated and the pools were closed and elevator broken.

Great indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Parking is easy. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Just wish it had free breakfast.

Excellent clean and convenient airport hotel.

Stayed two nights. Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed minor repair. Shower was very nice and worked well. The wing we stayed in was in good condition and the lobby area had many amenities, including small quiet booths that one might make a private call or sit and work. The personnel were all very nice and helpful. The pool was beautiful. The women's bathroom by the pool had no doorknob and didn't close all the way. A few updates and repairs are needed, but overall the place was in good condition, safe, and well located.

Very dirty and over grown landscaping. Balconies where full of leaves. Carpet in room was not clean.

It was an absolutely gorgeous hotel and the staff were so kind! 10/10

Was disappointed the hot tub was down but there's not much you can do about that. Overall it was a great clean place to stay!
