5 out of 5. Arrived in the evening a debated a meal. Blanca was wonderful and the Cobb Salad was agreat choice. Quiet meal but well worth it. Blanca was very hospitable.

I did not stay at this hotel. I used the “Park and Fly” which I booked through another site. As far as that process it is always very easy and if you are unsure the staff is always willing to help walk you through it and answer any questions you may have. Upon arrival I am almost always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. I will start by stating I always feel safe leaving my pickup at this property when I fly. The bathrooms off of the lobby are spectacularly clean as well. I have to give a couple shout-outs, first to DeMarcus for doing me a huge favor. One time when I was signing the park and fly paperwork for a very early flight, I left my car keys on the counter as hurried to hop on the shuttle. He put them in an envelope with my name on them for when I returned! Secondly I want to thank Jonathan for always being so courteous and eager to help with anything I may need while I’m there. I believe both gentlemen represent the hotel in a very positive and professional way. They also play a part in why I repeatedly use this particular hotel for my travels.

It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast options were nice and the beds were super soft. Check in and out was also very easy and fast.

The HVAC didn't work super well and there wasn't a TV remote in my room that I was able to turn the TV off with.

Excellent service by Brandon. I will be back.

Quick and friendly service late at night

honestly really clean and relaxing. the view on the 7th floor is great and the customer service topped off great. shout out to Larry and Sangeeta for an amazing week.

Unfortunately the TV would not come on , maintenance was very prompt getting to the room and fixing the problem. The wall socket appear to not be working

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The issues started immediately at check-in. The front desk staff informed me that my room had already been paid for by the company that books my government travel. Anyone who travels on official government orders knows that is not how it works. I am required to use my government travel card for payment. After several minutes of confusion, they realized they had simply failed to put the card on file properly. Only then was I finally able to check in. When I entered the room, I was hit with a strong mildew smell. The air was stale and the room was hot. I soon discovered the air conditioning was not working. I had to return to the front desk and request maintenance. Engineering came up and “fixed” the AC, but it was extremely loud, cycled on and off constantly, and never properly cooled the room. It felt like sleeping next to a malfunctioning generator. On top of that, the lamp by the bed didn’t work at all. The room itself looked dated. The hallways painted a dingy blue-gray paint that added to the overall neglected feel. The experience didn’t improve at checkout. The front desk associate was on his personal cell phone during the process, carrying on a conversation while attempting to check me out. He wasn’t even dressed in standard hotel attire. It felt unprofessional and careless. I also dined at the hotel restaurant and spent $35 on a single Old Fashioned that was filled to the brim with ice, a small portion of chicken wings. The value simply wasn’t there. Between the check-in confusion, the poor room conditions, the unprofessional staff behavior, and the overpriced restaurant experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone. The only saving grace is that the hotel is close to the DFW Airport.
