"Great hotel and great staff especially Demarcus"

Short stop but comfortable and very inviting stay. Came in a little late so there wasn’t food available, but that’s nobody’s fault. Demarcus hooked us up with everything we needed

"Last minute overnight stay"

Our late night flight was delayed and we booked this hotel at the last minute. The free shuttle grabbed us from the airport and took us to the hotel. Larry got us checked in and provided us small toiletries as our luggage wasn’t given back to us at the Airport. Thanks Larry for also holding the shuttle for us when we ran a few minutes late the next morning!

"Great stay"

My stay was great! I had to get a room since my flight got delayed but I’m glad I stayed here. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming. Lilly especially helped me get to where I needed to be to get picked up. Shuttle was there for me in less than ten minutes! Big thanks to Jim as well, I would absolutely stay here again.. super reliable and welcoming

"Great staff comfy beds!"

First off the staff working was amazing Sangeeta, Devon and Bernice went above and beyond to accommodate me under difficult conditions. The rooms are clean very comfortable beds , fridge and microwave. The breakfast in the morning was excellent! Overall I would come back without a doubt!

"Bright light in the storm"

In the midst of the winter storm the Doubletree was a warm and welcoming environment. Staff members were friendly and upbeat throughout the ordeal. Special shout out for Larry who really went the extra mile for us.

"Great experience in a tight situation"

This hotel's staff was excellent at accommodating me and my family when we were stranded during a winter storm. Multiple check INS and check outs where handled with the outmost professional demeanor. Their performance should be commended.
