Maile and Jonathan gave outstanding customer service! My check in process was smooth and they also made sure I was taken care of. My stay was great and had no problems. They kept checking up on me and my family making sure we were good. Awesome employees!

Good clean environment. Sangeeta was at the front desk and she was very lovely. Will definitely come back. The bathrooms were clean. Only suggestion is to have a phone in the room to contact the front desk.

Room was fine. Larry at the front desk was great! He got me registered for Hilton Honors and also made me coffee before the Starbucks opened! Great experience, and great hospitality!

They got me a shuttle from the airport and both on the phone and front desk were very nice, the room was also great and got free stuff to go along with it. 10/10 service, I would go back!

I am sure like many people who stay here I was forced to stay here when the weather canceled my flight. The shuttles were not running, which was very inconvenient and when I took that up with the front desk, the manager was sarcastic and had a lot of excuses for why they shut all couldn’t run, even though it ran in the future in exactly the same conditions. Other than being very spicy, my check-in was fine and the hotel room is just OK. It’s obviously an older hotel with popcorn ceilings and I was very grateful to have a bathtub which I actually really like, but the stopper was loose and didn’t work and there was a ring of mold around the overfill. Also, I was a little bit concerned because there was some black mold above the door on the tile. And when I looked closely, the walls were not that clean either and had some mysterious stains and as well as dirt in the corners. The view was very good and it was nice on a snowy day, but you can tell they do the bare minimum at this hotel. Front desk told me that the restaurant was the only thing open and I found out later that there were lots of restaurants open around the hotel but either way I waited an hour and a half for chicken strips and fries. The bartender was very scattered and asked me what I had ordered probably eight or nine times. Other guests around me were complaining about the server that was attending to the tables. The food was fine and the chef was very nice. I like the chef just the service sucked. The bartender also put the pen that he wanted guest to sign with in his mouth, which is not a very hygienic use of a pen when you’re in food service. Either way, the checkout was a smooth process with no issues. Overall, because the shuttle was suddenly working in the snow I was very glad to get out of there and had my flight been canceled again. I definitely would’ve chosen another hotel.

Awesome service! Sangeeta is amazing! love those warm cookies! check in was seamless, food was great (especially the ribeye with asparagus) comfortable rooms, great water pressure in shower and all necessary toiletries available
