"Stay away, Overbooked oversold hotel probably looking to gain an extra dollar or two"

Hotel was over book did get notifications of these until I arrived to check in and they stated the over sold and that I didn't have a room. I had to run to get a other hotel /motel reservations was very stressful more that I was traveling with my children..

No communication that my reservation was overbooked or they cancelled until I was check in I would have been notified prior I would be able to make arrangements to find accommodations elsewhere but this lack of communication as well as I'm going issues it seems with other guests this seems to be an ongoing problem with this facility

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a very bad experience. Our room was not cleaned properly and was repeatedly missed even after requesting housekeeping. The front desk staff refused to take responsibility and even said they are not responsible for cleaning. We asked for a manager, but they refused to call one. Staff also refused to provide their names. One employee falsely accused me of taking photos and demanded to see my phone, which was completely inappropriate. This experience was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Loved the hot tub in the room cozy bed big tv free breakfast

Our hot tub did have some grime at the bottom shower had grime there was a bullet hole in our window couldn't close the curtains for black out tv kept loading went down to breakfast right when it opened at 7 and eggs were already cold. For one night at 252 it was kind of a lot
