Looked filthy. Went elsewhere to eat a polos breakfast

Wet towels? How? Lipstick stains in pillow cases

I liked the location of the property and Tom the front desk guy was helpful

The first room they gave me when I unlocked the door there was a lady changing in the room. The pool was closed the entire time. The bar and restaurant only served French fries for food. The toliet paper was more like newspaper

There was no shampoo or soap in the shower, a dirty cleaning rag was left on one of the drawers and there were stains on one of the window curtains.

On two seperate occasions: two people tried to enter my hotel room. We got woken up at 1:30 am to someone opening our door. We called the front desk to let them know and all he said was he was trying to see if someone was in our room. The fact they thought it was ok to send someone to “check our room to see if we were there “ at 1:30 AM was absolutely unnecessary, let alone SCARY! The second time was at 9:30 am, and apparently , the front desk gave someone our room number. This whole situation was bad, scary and unnecessary and I will be filing a complaint asking for a refund

Honestly, not a whole lot. I would not stay here again. Easily one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. This seemed like an extended stay hotel. It hadn’t been updated in decades. This had motel vibes.

The poor cleanliness of the room, broken flooring in the elevator, water-stained ceiling tiles, stained carpeting in the hallways, and the lobby wasn’t inviting. There was a bad odor, the air conditioning didn’t work well, they claimed to have an outdoor pool but it was closed (in August), and check-in took a long time. Also, the room key didn’t allow us into the hotel at the side door and we had to walk to the front in the rain with luggage. This felt like an extended stay motel.

The breakfast was OK, although the room where it was available was remotely located. I would never have found it had I not asked the desk clerk. The best part of the hotel was its overall location, which was convenient to three different events I attended in different locations during my stay.

The hotel is really showing a lot of wear. It was clear to me that my room once contained a table under the TV and a desk. Both were missing, although the desk chair was still in the room. The faucet outside the bathroom needs replacing.

it was the worst I've ever experienced, my stomach hurts thinking about the fleas or whatever kind of bugs flying around inside of the apple juice.

I didn't like the food presentation at all and neither did our grandchildren. i mean the quality of food was trash. oh and why would one feel safe eating in a room located by the exit door? we asked for towels 4 times and never got them; the internet was terrible for our grandchildren devices. we also had no remote in our room. there's a huge pothole waiting to greet your car when entering the hotel. theres more and we i do have pictures but dont have the time to upload, see for yourself.
