Absolutely gorgeous property. Incredibly kind and helpful staff (can’t sing enough praises). The room could have been cleaner and had better upkeep. The phone was broken and had an audible and persistent dial tone - I had to unplug it to sleep. Breakfast service was a bit short, I wish they served until at least 10:30 or 11:00 am. The location is prime - a bit of a trek from the airport, but a lively area with lots to do. Overall a great experience.

"A very nice hotel"

This is a very good property. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location. The kitchen was very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

"Amazing!"

The hotel staff is what made my experience here so amazing. Especially Daniel from the hotel’s bar was so kind and helpful, we wanted to go to the bar every night just to see him! He made our stay so fun. What a great person. The hotel is very centrally located and close to everything in San José. Very nice breakfast, restaurant and bar — 10/10!
