The hotel was extremely clean. My whole family enjoyed their stay. We regret not booking multiple nights there. They have wonderful customer service- they took our luggage up for us and they offered luggage storage for free after checking out. The location was amazing- 5 mins from the subway and have lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Plus the price is extremely fair and reasonable.

"Business trip with a great experience "

It was my business trip. It's just 10-15 mins away from Shenzhen fort. It's nearer to Hongkong. Immigration and checkin in this hotel is easy The hotel is at a tech Park with nearer to the business center and Metro station. It had a great view from Room, Good for business conferences and business meetings. English is a difficult language to be understood by the staff. Please ensure you have a Translator installed. Google services as such doesn't works in China. Download relevant apps if you want to use local cabs etc. Overall had a great experience as they are surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants and are easily accessible.
