"Great hotel, friendly staff"

Hotel is new , rooms are spacious . Lots of food option nearby. Lobby staff were very helpful with our heavy luggage. Quincy from front desk has been extremely helpful with our late check out request. Will definitely return next time in the area.

"A Perfect Weekend Retreat in Shenzhen"

We spent a weekend at this easily accessible hotel, which has an appealing business vibe and modern decor. The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the subway and 5 minutes to a large shopping mall. Surrounded by high-tech companies, the area is surprisingly quiet on weekends and non-working days, making it an ideal choice for relaxation. I was not disappointed! Our suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was so quiet that we barely heard any noise from outside, allowing us to enjoy deep, restful sleep. The service was prompt and courteous; our food delivery arrived quickly and hassle-free. The evening cocktail hour in the lounge was delightful, featuring generous offerings of hot dishes and desserts in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast the next morning provided a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to our day. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for a weekend stay in Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

"Great business hotel"

This is a very good business hotel to stay with, especially the room are clean without any smoke. It's located in technical park so very close to business around; and there are also plenty of restaurants and convenient stores in the area. It's also very close to the China/Hong Kong boarder (about 10-15 mins by car) so would be very suitable for flying in/out from HKG airport. The breakfast area is big with different types of table arrangement that meets the requirement from individual to a small group. Food is good with lot choices; and the server will bring in coffee as required. The business lounge is also a great place for meeting, catch up, or just a refreshment.

Very attentive and friendly staff If you are lucky enough to utilise the Executive Lounge on the 10th Floor - All staff look after you and help you relax Special thanks to lovely cocktails made by Billion. This person is very kind and helps promote customer service and as a previous Ambassador member in the past and now sitting at Platinum. I know what good service means …. The staff make the difference and I know Billion does this well and helps customers enjoy there stay and this makes us stay loyal to the Marriott Brand when we have many choices of hotels to choose from.
