Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen Bay

住過這麼多次萬豪旗下酒店，這次體驗是最差的。 首先我提出的request沒有提過，亦無視了。晚上9:30左右回到房間，發現空調有問題，叫了工程部人員上來維修，工程部人員讓我們等30分鐘還是不涼的話會幫我們換房間，30分鐘過後我們表示還是不涼，讓我們等，過了15分鐘一直沒有通知我們，我們再次打去前台，最後10:45才成功換房間。 前台服務員說升級我們房間，最後還比原先房間小，不過因為太夜了，只想休息就算了。 整體來說，設備除了冷氣其他都很新很乾淨的，但服務真的不足。

I was disappointed with my stay. The pillow had a noticeable smell, which was quite off putting. Additionally, I booked a room expecting a bathtub, as indicated on Booking.com, but it wasn’t provided. Although the room was labeled non-smoking, we could still smell smoke coming through the ventilation.

I have spent 3 nights recently at Courtyard Shenzhen Bay hotel. This was my second stay here since last year. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast offered many selections. However, the hotel management has really need to step up to enforce non-smoking policy at hotel rooms. Because the strong smoking air from the central AC, I have to turn it off during two of my three nights there. This doesn't live up to any Marriott brands standards!

Sharon from front desk ! Excellent and amazing service I check in this nice hotel yesterday Sharon is at the front desk . She is very polite and very friendly. She help with my early check in and also directions to my destination. Her colleague hunk is also a very nice staff who is all very professional 5 stars hotel!
