"A lovely hotel in a beautiful spot but"

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The hotel is I a beautiful village amp d there are plenty of places to eat. If you want to explore the island, you will need a car.

The constant playing of ‘Love Radio’. This is piped through speakers in the eating areas and by the pool. It is such a beautiful spot - with church bells and birdsong but the trashy music ruined the ambience for me. I accept that some might like this but if you want to read or just enjoy some peace and quiet - you should be aware of this. We asked for it to be turned off but we’re told that guests enjoy it and so it stayed! The repetitive jingles and 80s power ballads just clashed with the surroundings in my opinion!

Beautiful, calm and relaxed hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, and excellent for dinner.

Nothing really. Air conditioning could have been a little more powerful. We didn’t mind the bells!! The bell ringing was in the style of an early Dom Joly sketch.
