La Casa de Chamo

Chamo's place was definitely our most favourite place on our whole trip. It felt like our home away from home. Mostly because the hosts (Chamo and Anita) were so lovely and kind. They helped us with organising transport and gave us lots of tips. We enjoyed our conversations together and practiced our Spanish. We even went together tot the market place to have a lovely lunch. The place has everything you need: clean and well-priced rooms, a proper kitchen, a nice and sociable communal space, hot showers, etc. Dear Anita and Chamo, thank you so much for the warm welcome! If you are ever in Belgium, let us know!

Very cool to stay at Chamo's. I was travelling with a motorbike and they had a space for me in their garage. Very nice common area/terrace and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you!

Definitely to short stop

The place is very beautiful with a good vibe. The owners Chamo and Anita are very lovely and helpful. The distance to the city its not long, like a 15min walk. The bed was very good and comfortable. There is a little kitchen which is well equiped. Its clean.

The kitchen and shared spaces are nice, shared bathroom is small but the water gets really nice and hot! We were welcomed into the home of this family. I got to practice a little spanish, we got tea in the evening and it was generally very comfy.

Others will say the distance to the city, which I was very ok with. 18 min walk to the absolut centre and the route is easy to find. I don't particularly like barking dogs, but they have those in every neighbourhood I fear.

Annie and Chamo are amazing. There have always the smile and make everything that you feel home. They often organise Teatime with the other customers, a nice way to socialize.

Incredibly friendly owners - One the best places we have stayed during our travels. Spacious room with comfortable bed and sheets Rooftop area was relaxing to sit out and chill and has a very good kitchen area The homestay is located in a relaxed and quite area close to the bus station and not long of a walk to the town centre (30min) Owners were very nice, friendly and helpful. Very accomodating Would have loved to stay longer if we hadnt a bus booked

WiFi was a bit unstable downstairs but not a major problem
