We only stayed one night at the start of our NC500 trip. Burnside cottage was exceptional. If we could have stayed longer we would have. Kacey and her husband were so welcoming and helpful, the room was like new, very comfortable and loads of room. The breakfast was first class too. It’s only a very short distance off the main road and well signposted so you can’t miss it. We also surprised by how much there was to see and do in the local area. Kacey’s B&B is perfectly located for a stop on the NC500 trip and also for the Orkney ferry. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area in the future.
