This place was a great find. Quiet and off the main street. Close enough to get Grab at the end of the road. Use "An Bang Summer Beach Villa" for the Grab driver to bring you to the top of the road. 3 Minutes from the main street and 5 mins from beach. Breakfast was tasty and served up to 10.30am! It had all mod cons as needed if you wanted to cook yourself (we did not) bottled water everyday and a clean if you wanted. Shower was large. Staff very smiley and friendly. Enjoy our stay here.

We booked a pool view room based on the photos we saw. There is two pool view rooms. One is next to the pool with full view. The other "pool view" is off one of the kitchen areas so it's only a pool view room if standing at the bedroom door. It is a nice large room but shouldn't be advertised as a pool view. The blinds in this do not keep the light out so you need to bring an eye mask.

Lovely pool area. Lots of space in the villa to work and relax. Very comfy beds. Our host Phung was very good. Helpful, caring and professional.

The lower level of the villa is all glass and completely open. People (staff and guests) quite often wandered into our kitchen (and used our toilet). The staff used our kitchen to serve other people their breakfast (until we complained). We had to remove our valuables from the kitchen area because it wasn't really secure. We would close the glass doors to go out but when we got back they were all open again. The front door to our villa didn't lock. There is a security person but he wasn't always there. That was a bit strange. Otherwise it was really a lovely villa.

Excellent location, comfortable, large three bedroom family villa. Each bedroom with lovely ensuite. Quiet aircon units, fans and towel heating rails. Very thoughtful and helpful staff.

Felt like home

Fridge only worked whilst you were in the room. Laundry service POOR. Pool rather cloudy. Blinds needed attention.

However, the place itself was relaxing and has a nice pool area.

Not what they’re advertising… The so called „2-bedroom villa“ (booking.com) is a joke. It’s two completely separate standard hotel-like rooms that are „connected“ by a kitchen/living room. However, the kitchen is open to two sides (not lockable). On the first morning we were woken up by kitchen noises and were surprised to find out that the kitchen of „our villa“ was used by the staff to cook breakfast for the whole property and as connecting path by other guests to get to their rooms. After complaining about this (with the owner via phone), the staff moved their cooking to the adjacent 3-bedroom villa. However, we still didn’t get a key for the kitchen/living room - so it’s still not your „private villa with private entrance“. From there on, the guests of the studio (as well as the staff) had to balance on a 20cm path/rim on the pool, to get to their room. Felt really uncomfortable. Staff itself is very friendly. Breakfast very simple. Rooms could need better cleaning - especially the floors didn’t feel/look clean. Nobody noticed/cleaned a dead gecko (see pic) lying behind the bathtub for the three days of our stay. It was so dried, it must have been there for weeks.
