Great friendly staff

Loved it. The view was amazing, it was quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff were fantastic and we loved our daily breakfast. We used the Beach Club at Karma each day which was heavenly!

The view is incredible and that was the highlight of my stay at the property. Also the staff was incredibly warm and willing to be helpful.

The property is not kept or cleaned well. The bathroom tub didn’t drain so you ended up standing in calf high water but the worst was the lack of cleaning. There were cobwebs with dust in many of the corners of the bathroom. It just seems unkept for the amount of money spent to be there. As much as I loved the staff they couldn’t often interact with English speakers which made for several difficulties and misaligned requests. The owner should make an effort to hire people who have some kind of ability to deal with other languages. Even google translate would have helped.

Location as we were attending a wedding

No variety in in meals. Breakfast was ok. Asked for milk not available one morning . Needs a bit of maintenance .
