Mills House Charleston, Curio Collection by Hilton

We bought a "resort pass" to use the pool for the day while on a girls trip. Great great idea! Had such a nice time at this gorgeous pool. The day pass included a cabana with couches, water, ice, fruit and the first round of drinks for me and my friends. Highly recommend, had a great time!

Fantastic hotel. Great location, well maintained, beautifully decorated, clean rooms, etc. Highly recommend.

Last minute trip into Charleston for college visit, turned into quite a nice getaway. Thanks to the wonderful welcoming staff, beautiful amenities and ultra comfy & clean rooms. Having a drink poolside was a nice treat and the water was very tempting. Location can’t be beat and everything you can ask for is right out the door! Love this hotel, and will be a permanent go to every-time we are back in the area.

We loved this hotel. It is in an excellent location to get to everything we wanted to do and see. The restaurants are close by as is the City Market and King Street shopping. The hotel has excellent amenities. We had a chance to use the pool area and really enjoyed it. The only downside was that it was crowded but we managed to find a couple chairs. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant areas. They have a large outdoor patio area which was perfect for this time of year. I will definitely stay there again.

I stay here every time I come to Charleston. The location, vibe, service, quality of dining and the rooms are all perfection!

We met our children and grandchildren for a visit and The Mills House made it extra special. Between having a room by the pool and outstanding customer service our stay was special. Great amenities and location allowed us to eat in excellent restaurants in literally minutes.

I chose the Mills House because it was said to be dog friendly, which is an understatement! They were so kind and happy to see our dog, and greeted him every time we came through the lobby. They even had a welcome bag for him. Pretty much everything else was great.too. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the restaurant, Iron Rose, was top notch, and both the restaurant and the coffee shop had dog friendly seating. Our stay was very memorable. Shout out to the bellmen, Daniel and Devoy, who were enthusiastically helpful and friendly!

The bartenders don't know how to make a proper Manhattan, but it was no big deal.

Generally, an overall nice experience. The issue was with respect to follow up on an issue. I left two brand new shirts in the room closet upon check out. Admittedly my mistake. However, I called a couple hours after check out to explain the situation. They took my information and said someone would be in touch. I had to call back the next day and provide the same information to which they said someone would contact me. Now 3 days later, no contact. I'm writing off my vacation purchase unfortunately but would have expected a little better from Hilton.
