Clean and friendly staff

Hot tub was broken, building under construction, noisy and not enough parking, lights didn’t work in bathroom

Only negative: As I opened the room door, it was immediately apparent (by smell) that someone had very recently used the toilet. Everything else went well.

Easy access and clean rooms.

Billy Gantt was exceptional! He gave great service. He went above and beyond to show the guest he appreciated them. He was friendly and courteous!

Nothing! Unless you like dirt and fur balls and never dusted!! The pool was dirt and that is why we stayed at this location, I have pictures of the dirt poop on walls and carpet!

The dirt and know one cared. Manager never called me back.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms

Breakfast was horrible - no veggies, the only fresh items were cling wrapped apples.

The staff was friendly when they were at the front desk. Usually, they weren't.

The hotel was under construction

This was an okay place to stay for the price. Breakfast was fine although they only had one waffle maker which made getting food slow. Our door key repeatedly did not work so we had to get it replaced at the front desk 6 times during our 3 night stay. The bathroom was not super clean either. It was a fine place to sleep but it felt like a low budget operation.
