Holiday Inn Detroit Northwest - Livonia by IHG

I enjoyed the hotel it’s self but the lady at the front desk was very rude and judgemental and made me and my guest feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed you guys should look into getting better staff to greet your guest I actually plan to call corporate regarding the issue because that was not a great feeling felt like I was giving a harder time due to my race

Poor value for the dollar. Not normal services available that you would expect at a full Holiday Inn.

Breakfast was good

Pool closed, room carpet was filthy,room phone out of order,only 1 ice machine on 5 floors worked or had ice.

Shame on Hotels for not talking about construction on the hotel. Also, no matter what temperature I set the thermostat at it stayed at 72. Not bad but I like to keep it coat night!

Hotel was under construction so pool was not usable until later in the day and the hot tub was not usable at all while we were there. Pool is very small. Charged$10/person for a normal hotel type breakfast and half of it was Luke warm to cold

The air conditioning unit was noisy. The toilet paper holder was damaged and the elevator floor was dirty. The price however, was reasonable.

Dirty bathroom, cabinets were wide open when I first got into the room just like someone was in the room.

everything else Dirty dirty dirty from the pool area to the jacuzzi not working wit old water sitting in it to the dirty patio with leaves n dirt everywhere to the dirty tub in the hotel room never again trash

The hotel was beautiful and was equipped with the latest 21st century technology. The rooms were very clean and it was a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Things I didn't like was the hot tub being out of service the entire time I stayed (4 days) Also the hot breakfast was okay and there needs to be a waffle station and fresh fruit provided for the guests.
