I’m a Frontier Airlines crew member. My name is Dave Lambeth and my Employee # is 411152. I’m Denver based and I do a lot of San Diego layovers. Julyda is such a great employee for your hotel! She is very cordial and polite to me and my crew members when I’ve stayed at your hotel! I have had 2 neck surgeries since December 2024 and my last neck surgery was June of 2025. Julyda has always treated me well and has always attempted to assign me a room with a balcony door that opens and a King-size bed because of my neck surgeries. She is the kind of an employee that every hotel should have and would be proud to have to handle your hotel customers. Especially true with airline crew members because we are in aircraft for many hours day and night. On a scale of 1-10 Julyda is a “10” because of her people skills and her pleasant professional Customer Service skills! She has always been so pleasant and accommodating to me and my Frontier crew members! Please give her my thanks and appreciation. I have several more layovers in June and July. We checked in with Cecilia. She was extremely friendly, helpful & accommodating to our needs & requests. The room was superb!! Definitely recommend & we will definitely be back.

The location of Wyndham San Diego Bayside was fabulous for walking to see the sights & going to a conference! Very convenient having a place to park too! Loved our balcony & view! Missed having a tub & hot tub, but we appreciated the people who helped us during our stay, they made up for the lacking hotel amenities with their flexibility, kindness, easy banter & professionalism. We thank Celia & the other staff for making this a memorable trip, thanks!!!

Location

No hotel restaurant. Paper cups not coffee cups. No glasses just plastic cups. Had to request kettle for tea which eventually came. Problem with room not being serviced

We had to cancel our trip at the last minute because of a change in work schedule. Ryan and the staff took care of our cancellation and waived the late fees for us. I will gladly stay here on our next trip to town.

I had lots to do and needed help and Joyce and Cara were so helpful as soon as I came into the lobby, they jumped up and could do anything they could to help me really made the whole weekend go very well. Tell them thank you very much. you need more people like them?

We haven't stayed yet at the hotel, but we are off to a great start by working with Ryan Ochs in reservations. He helped us select the perfect room that fit our needs and also helped me out with some group rates for my business associates. He responded quickly to my emails (which I love) and even took a phone call from me. I highly recommend working with Ryan Ochs at the Wyndham Bayside for your next visit.
