Amari Phuket

Hub job was our lovely reception lady who answered all our questions and nothing was ever too much troublemaker requests were made. Highly recommend Amari as a stunning holiday destination in Phuket 11/10 for facility, staff and service.

The location is king in the area, right in the beach, and close enough to walk to town, far enough away to find some quiet tranquility

Some things were too expensive within the resort, such as the massages and room service

The beautiful view of PaTong Beach. The location is on a hill and offers excellent views. The swimming pools are brilliant and views from the bar are wonderful. The Staff was amazing especially Ms. Ploy at the front desk and Ms. Nan and Ms. Sara at the resturant. The kids play area is amazing, hotel is a fit for parents.

walk from the lobby to the room is a UPHILL task. Hotel offers buggies and van to take you and from the room. There are stairs everywhere. People with special abilities please do book the property after careful consideration.

Location Location Location 10/10 Book the ocean view DLX room - the view from the room is to die for. Their Italian restaurant has top notch food & an amazing sea view Breakfast is great - especially the fresh juice maker Pool is very clean. The private beach is just fabulous Check In was great. & Same with check out A big shout to Mr SOR in reservations who averted a major disaster / error made by our travel agent Buggy ride to & fro very prompt every time we used it THE SPA IS NOT TO BE MISSED - whoa! whatta setting & a great set masseuses Room For Improvement? Rooms were comfortable but not plush. Shower area has a half partition - need a sliding door coz the water splashes out Housekeeping doesnt put the kettle and iron back & definitely does not clean the tea spoons kept with cups for the tea maker After day 1 house keeping stopped replenishing the small face towels - no idea why Would we go back? In a heart beat - yes yes yes

We had the most amazing stay at Amari Phuket. The whole hotel was absolutely perfect — beautiful views, wonderful atmosphere, lovely food, and such a relaxing experience for our family. A special thank you to the incredible staff at the Pakarang Lounge — Ying, Sao, Guy and Ream — who made us feel so welcomed every single day. Their service was exceptional, warm and genuinely caring. The Breeze Spa staff were also amazing and made our experience so relaxing and special. Thank you to everyone at Amari for such a memorable holiday. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back

This hotel markets itself as a 5 star facility, it was a 3 at best. Absolutely NOTHING 5 star ! Rooms were the equivalent of a Best Western or Holiday Inn. The bed sheets were stained, the shower did not drain properly, and though the front desk and valet were friendly, the concierge was unfriendly and had the most unwelcoming personality. This hotel should market itself properly.
