Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

Me and my fiancé really enjoyed our stay at the Nobu hotel! Upon our arrival, Jean Paul was our personal concierge as he greeted us and showed us around the grounds and also made us very comfortable in our hotel room. He made our stay very enjoyable, and he was very accommodating towards us. Before our arrival to this hotel, my fiancé had a prior injury, and Jean Paul took it upon himself every day to send a lifeguard to-our room at breakfast and also hanging out by the pool to make sure that they cleaned his arm, so he could be comfortable our whole time there. I thought that was very nice of him and we really appreciated that. Everything else was amazing especially the Nobu restaurant and everyone on the staff in the hotel was so very nice. Thank you so much for our relaxing getaway.

My daughter and I came here for a mother-daughter trip. It was exactly what we needed. The resort is beautifully designed, and you feel as if you are the only ones in the resort. Salvador was our ambassador during our stay, and he took care of everything we needed. All I had to do was ask him, and it was done. He was incredibly helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable and easy. It felt like a true rest not having to deal with the details while staying at the hotel. He even helped me with my requests on his day off. The staff in general was very kind and helpful. The food is delicious, and they will accommodate any food sensitivity or culinary requests. The resort is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this resort, and we'll be coming back.

My third Nobu experience and was slightly underwhelmed. Hotel is ocean view but if you are on the residence side (like I was) you are not. It is desert golf course view. The flagship Nobu restaurant is not up to par for what I’ve seen. Sports on TV, dress code not enforced, and service was sub par. However, the entire staff outside of the one restaurant was impeccable! You are assigned a concierge upon arrival and if you get Salvador, rest easy. HE IS THE BEST!! He checked in daily and made our experience seamless! We also had interactions with Daniel and Denisse. What an incredibly spectacular team they are! I recommend but make sure you know the room and don’t have the same expectations of a staple Nobu restaurant we all know and love ❤️

From start to finish first class treatment. We had our own personal concierge Roberto that checked on us daily to make sure we were being taken care off. First time there but we will definitely be back. If you want to be treated like a VIP stay at Nobu and ask for Roberto as your concierge.

The worst service we’ve experienced at a so‑called luxury hotel. TLDR: Nobu should stick to running restaurants. As a hotel, it’s nowhere near the level of Four Seasons, One & Only, or Casa Maat. We chose it for our 40th anniversary. That was our mistake. Hot water failure: Three out of four nights with no hot water. Not in a budget motel, at a “luxury” resort. The manager didn’t lift a finger. The ambassador sent maintenance over and over until they finally dragged in a portable water heater like we were camping. After that, radio silence. No follow‑up, no apology, no ownership. Misleading spa credit: We arrived with a $1,000 Expedia spa credit, which Nobu conveniently reinterpreted as “only valid for one 50‑minute massage.” Nothing else. Then they tacked on 35% in fees plus gratuity. When questioned, they shrugged and told us to deal with Expedia. Completely unacceptable. Basic dietary instructions ignored: Every server acknowledged our no‑pork restriction. They still served a burger with bacon. Mistakes happen, but at a true luxury property, that meal would have been comped before we even had to ask. Here, nothing. Laughable attempt at compensation: As first‑time guests celebrating a milestone anniversary, we expected the GM to make things right. He did, with a $50 discount on a $4,000 stay. Insulting. We told them to keep it. Bottom line: Phenomenal food. Shockingly bad hospitality. Nobu may know how to run a restaurant, but they have no business pretending to be a luxury hotel. We’ll return to our usual brands next time we’re in Cabo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely incredible experience during my stay. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality exceeded all expectations. A special thank you to Rafael and Cesar, who truly made this trip unforgettable. They were attentive, professional, kind, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From start to finish, I felt welcomed and taken care of in every way. It’s rare to find such personalized service and dedication. Thank you again for making my stay so memorable. I can’t wait to come back!

Nothing crazy, beautiful hotel and the 2 staff helping me throughout the stay at any time was wonderful. I got the deluxe suite with private pool. Disappointing I paid so much per night just to have a dirty bug filled pool and the bottom that clearly hasnt been scrubbed in a while. Literally saw the gunk. Also the lawn chair in the room was stained and even had someone foot print. Not like wet foot print, a fully stained print. Disgusting. We ate at nobu twice which was delicious and great but the Nami restaurant was a terrible experience as we waiting over an hour just for 2 drinks an omelette and 3 mini tacos. Could also see mine was worse than the table next to us that got the same thing but way quicker. Ive had better in a 4 star hotel but the locations private and quiet I guess. (Also no ubers allowed from property only to property)

Nobu is always a wonderful and relaxing retreat! The rooms are large, well-appointed, and very clean, and the wooden tub is so lovely. The beds are very comfortable. The team and staff at Nobu make you feel truly welcome the minute you arrive, and are so attentive throughout your stay. It’s especially nice that the staff remember you, keep track of what drinks you like, and are always appropriately asking what you need, while also giving you plenty of room and space to just relax. Juan at the Pacific Pool was especially friendly and helpful, and even brought us a special treat on our last pool day to wish us well. Our trip was relaxing and the property is beautiful. The staff make your experience unforgettable and keep you coming back.
