We had the pleasure of camping out in a suite at the Renaissance for a glorious three weeks, and let me tell you, it was a stay for the books! The room was so cozy, I half-expected to find a complimentary pair of slippers and a teddy bear to snuggle with each night (sadly, just the slippers, but they were plush!). Vanessa in the Concierge Club deserves a gold star—or better yet, a crown. She greeted us daily with a smile so warm it could melt a polar ice cap, ensuring we had everything we needed, and insider tips on the best local coffee. If hospitality were an Olympic sport, Vanessa would be on the podium, waving to her adoring fans. Jermaine at the front desk? Absolute legend. This man could probably organize a world tour for a rock band while juggling flaming torches and still make sure our room was ready on time. He handled every detail of our stay with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker and the charm of a stand-up comedian. Thanks to him, we felt like VIPs, even if our “entourage” was just a suitcase and a slightly overpacked backpack. The suite itself was a dream—spacious enough to host a small dance party (don’t worry, we didn’t… or did we?). The beds were comfortable, I’m convinced they were stuffed with clouds, and the views? Let’s just say I spent more time staring out the window than I did binge-watching my favorite shows. The only downside? Leaving. I nearly staged a sit-in at checkout, but Jermaine’s charm convinced me to pack up with a smile. Big shoutout to Vanessa, Jermaine, and the whole Renaissance crew for making our three-week adventure unforgettable. We’ll be back—unless you start charging for those cloud beds, then I’m moving in permanently!

I enjoyed my visit to this hotel very much, they have tremendous space and recently opened up a lounge at the top floor that is very nice and the staff there Vanessa offer great hospitality and I felt like I was at home; I had even made some special requests for what I wanted to eat and she had it ready for me.

Outstanding business trip. The lounge on the 15th floor of the hotel was super. The attendant, Ms. Vanessa Compos, wonderful! Her customer service was just what, and even more than expected. Thank you, Vanessa!

we drove up form Houston for a couples getaway. Hotel was packed with OU fans (which was fantastic) and everyone was truly nice. Hotel was beautiful - very clean, we ordered ropom service upon arrival (after a long drive) and salads were delicious! Staff at the front desk were lovely. The ONLY shortcoming of the holte was a lack of security. Upon checkout Sunday morning it was stated that 10-15 cars had been broken into Saturday night. The truck next to ours has the drivers window shattered and the interior torn up. Luckily ours was not affected. But I definiely think added security in the parkaing lots would allelviate any fears of damages to guests cars due to break ins.

Very nice facility. Great choices at bar/restaurant. Christopher at front desk went out of his way to ensure we were welcomed and graciously answered all of our questions. Definitely helped start our trip off on the right foot. We will be back!

Hotel room is very nice. The Kevin Murphy products in the shower are lovely. We ate dinner in the bar after football game. Rosario gave us excellent service. We had a reservation for a king sized bed and only room available was a handicap room. We requested a room change which was quickly done. My husband has balance issues and the tub-shower combination would not work for him. We agreed to switching to a queen room but found ourselves in the king room we had reserved. The walk in shower is much better for my husband. The shower has controls on opposite wall from shower head so one can adjust water without getting wet. We have not checked out yet but have stayed here for nine OU-Texas weekends and it is always quick and easy.

Christina, Rocio and Justin at the bar were very friendly and went over and above. Highly recommend the hotel and food at the bar and drinks. Cheeseburger and quesadillas were excellent. Whole restaurant and bar staff ate the best.
