The Renaissance is a great hotel and a frequent destination for work travel. Ralph, Chris, Sabrina, and team always extend a warm welcome. They’re extremely hospitable and friendly. It’s a great option for anyone staying in Dallas.
Rocio was amazing during my entire stay. She definitely deserves a raise because it seemed like she never went home. I would come back to this hotel just because of her. I noticed some guests being rude to her and she handled it so well with a smile. She is a gem and youre luck to have her.

I’d like to recognize the wonderful service I’ve received from Vanesa in the lounge upstairs as well as the front desk employees. Vanesa is always warm, attentive, and professional. She consistently greets guests with a positive attitude and creates a welcoming environment. Her attention to detail and willingness to help really set her apart. She recommended the blondies for dessert, now I’m obsessed everyone must try the blondies. I also want to acknowledge the front desk team for their excellent service. They are friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Their professionalism and patience make a noticeable difference and help ensure that guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Thank you to Vanesa and the entire front desk staff that including Dawn for maintaining such a high standard of hospitality. Your hard work and dedication truly enhance the overall guest experience.
I appreciate the warm welcome of Dawn when I first came, and when I needed support with laundry she came and delivered promptly the laundry bags to my room with a smile and patience, and I I appreciate that I met her again on the reception when I needed support and she always cared and had solutions to what I needed. We were at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel for three days for a conference. The moment we arrived the staff was welcoming and friendly. When we went to check out, Arthur Walker assisted us and he was absolutely phenomenal. All the staff interacted with you and made you feel welcome, but Arthur took it up a notch. I would happily recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone staying in the area.
From check in to the room to bar service, 5 star service. Must try the bang bang shrimp for some spice with a cocktail. Arthur Walker is an exceptional host with a wonderful Personality. If you’re a local to the area, great for a stay-cation. We will definitely drop in for a drink and bang bang shrimp again.
Vanessa in the lounge was very warm and welcoming. Alex in the morning was very sweet and kind and well. What a great way to start the day and end the night.
Our stay was great. Arthur was amazing and was very helpful and gave us lots of great places to eat and visit. He made our stay 10000% better!!!
