My wife and myself spent the weekend 1/16 - 1/18 at the hotel. We enjoyed the experience . The check in process was quick and seamless. We were upgraded to a duplex. We were grateful for the upgrade. Except for the heat problems we loved the room. Room service was great along with the bar food. The bartenders were friendly and the drinks were spectacular. The hotel is situated perfectly for an addison experience or a galleria area experience. We will return

Bar closed at random hours. Room was disgusting. The room smelled bad and bathroom was dirty. Really expensive for nothing to be open and also dirty
Everytime I stay at this hotel, I'm so excited to see Alex at executive lounge. His customer skills, preparation and willingness to help others is top notch. Even with the busy crowds, he is energized and ready to go. I look forward to seeing him on my next visit.
Arthur Walker was so awesome the hotel was set up really nice with Christmas decorations. Arthur went above an beyond the service standard. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary and this became the most memorable night of our stay.
Arthur was an absolute JOY to interact with at check-in!! I had honestly started to lose hope that true customer service still existed in this day and age, but Arthur completely restored my faith. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went smoothly. It was such a refreshing experience! The room is wonderful and we wish we could stay longer!!
Whist had the loveliest caprese salad in the lounge and wanted to say thank you. It was incredible. Kyle and Carlos in the kitchen and Kristy in room service did an amazing job. <3
A solid hotel experience. A plus for the service at the front desk. Great sleep quality in a comfortable bed a very quiet aircon/heating unit. It could use a bit more TLC. Bedside clock was still on daylight savings weeks after the change and the topshelf in the wardrobe was dusty.
Chris and Ralph are the best! Rooms are always clean and well appointed. Love the amenities. The lobby is beautiful. Great food also!
