Key Inn Roseville

Good location and friendly staff.

Only 1 shower towel and 1 key for 2 people. We had to eat cereal with a fork and shared a community gallon of milk. There was basically bread, spoiled bananas, cold cereal, oatmeal, and a gallon of milk for breakfast. There were fruit flies by the bananas and even had a fruit fly trap. Looked like piss stains in 3 corners of the 1 elevator. We tried to go to breakfast and the cleaning staff wouldn't let us on the elevator. We had to walk down the stairs after 2 attempts of the elevator. The bed is super hard and the sheets aren't any better. Glad i brought my own pillow. The staff doesn't wear any name tags. I understand that the rooms are cheap but totally not worth it. Go somewhere else!!!

Very quiet hotel gray place to rest

Smoking room, no ashtray. No stain stopper for the tub/shower. Lamps don't work, outlet won't take plug, hallways stink. Have to get disposable cups from dining room in main floor. Positives: AC works, wifi is easy to connect to. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenience to highway.

The area is not bad but the hotel is poorly maintained - there are Renovations going on and we were told our room was recently renovated however the tv in the room did not work and was not a smart TV. Only one towel was provided to both of us and when we asked for towels we were told we had to go pick them up downstairs because there was no staff to bring them to us. The bathroom was very dirty with hair and dirt in corners and a vent right by the shower had spider webs. The elevator barely works (we were told Sometimes it doesn’t work) and the premises are poorly maintained. Everything dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed but didn’t have any other options. I would not stay at this place

Bad breakfast

The staff was nice and the location was relatively close to the inner city

It was extremely old in a bad way. It smelled bad. The elevator was super slow. It wasn’t clean. It just was not nice and the breakfast was extremely disappointing. We didn’t even eat it.

The head bored fell off as soon as I laid in bed. The breakfast was cold. Sheets fell off bed. The elevator was not clean. They also said they gave us an upgraded room.... I got a room I ordered in the first place.

The price is not worth it.
