This hotel has terrible customer service. They will steal your money and not let you stay there. Avoid this roach Hotel. It should be condemned

Staff was so sweet good customer service

I'm pretty used to like Holiday Inn suites but this room was also prob $100 less. Issues: Elevator was disgusting with dried fluids on walls. Rooms have plastic plank flooring. Sink didn't drain in bathroom. There were two usable outlets in the room, one of which we had to move the bed to get to. The outlets barley had enough tension to hold the plug in the wall. It was deffinately good enough to check in at 1am and out at 9am like we did and for $90 bucks, it was hard to argue.

Elevator didnt work had to climb 6 sets of stairs after a 12 hour days at the refinery

It was the most horrible experience. The windows don't open and no fresh air is able to get into the hotel room

They gave our Room away, as we were late checking in

Dirty room, no fridge or microwave, no ice bucket or cups, breakfast was constant of expired jelly, cereal, bread and oatmeal packets and mini doughnuts. Both microwaves in breakfast area were not working properly. Bathroom had only one towel, bathtub had no drain and the gasser was coming out of the wall. Avoid!
