Came here with my family for my friends birthday also had a conference Everest From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing. Fernando greeted us on the drive and made us feel at home. The front desk staff knew our name when we walked up and our room was immaculate.

The club lounge is top notch. The food and space are great. The hosts Jasmin (breakfast) and Debra (dinner) are nice, accommodating and personable. I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a week.

I am at this location frequently and it is always a pleasure. From the front desk team, to the housekeeping team, to Debra (the absolute best of the best) and Jasmine in the Renaissance lounge, I feel grateful, valued as a guest, and welcome every stay. Close to UTSW and all the great downtown eats as well.

The service in the hotel restaurant was the best service ever!!!! Mr. Jorge was our server in the restaurant 3 times and and Mr Ruben once. They were extremely polite and the service was excellent. The food was amazing! Super clean! Super nice and Mr Cesar that was on charge of the coffe/hot chocolate area was the best! He was very nice, and he offered some delicious muffins made from scratch every day in the restaurant. He made a beatuful design on the hot chocolate for my daughter and had a bear face on top of the hot chocolate! He made her day! We were soooo happy to meet people like them, we are definitely coming back!!

Great service from Grace & Justin from Valet, when my rental car key battery runout & cannot open door, Grace take the initiative to assist me with her smile and enthusiasm to find a solution to solve my problem, with her perseverance, finally solved problem. Well done!!! I belive your hotel will doing very good as Grace really practiced Marriott Service philosophy.

I had an incredible stay at the Renaissance Dallas! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help, but I have to give special thanks to Karina — she went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Her professionalism and genuine kindness really stood out. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a fantastic area that makes getting around Dallas so convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and felt like a perfect retreat after busy days. Between the outstanding service, prime location, and overall quality, I can’t recommend the Renaissance Dallas highly enough. I’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips!

The breakfast with fresh cranberries and raspberries was excellent, and the connection to the Market Hall where fencing events take place was convenient. I appreciated the staff lending me an umbrella for walking in the rain and resolving my Booking.com issue. I highly recommend this perfect hotel.
