Renaissance Dallas Hotel

I helped organize the delivery of signage to the hotel for a recent conference. While we encountered a few hiccups working with the conference organizers, Loritha at the Marriott went above and beyond to make sure our package got where it needed to be. From personally walking it to the front desk, to waiting patiently, and ultimately delivering it directly to the conference, she truly exceeded expectations. Her willingness to step in made all the difference.

I would like to thank Loretha McCree, Security, for helping me navigate return shipments from my stay at the Renaissance Dallas. We hosted a large conference at this hotel, and I had 5 heavy boxes to ship to various recipients. Loretha made it so easy for me to get this accomplished. She swooped in and handled everything for me. All I had to do was email the shipping labels and she handled the rest. She removed a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you Loretha!

Nice and convenient to Love Field where we were doing a Aviation Display for a small conference. Good upgrade to a suite, roomy, comfy, bedroom and nice sized bathroom, with a living room and a nice sized table. Nice valet parking where the guys always took care of our rental. Paul and Vincent was always there in a timely matter for our car. The roof top pool very good, nice condition, water was not cold, clean and even tho you couldn't see the sky line due to the high walls, it was very sunny and relaxing. Plenty of lounge chairs to choose from and towels. Only negative item was there was no guests elevator. You have to notify the front desk and meet security on your floor and they will escort you thru to the gym floor and then you're on your own. It is a service type elevator that goes to the pool top area. If you get off the 30th floor then you have to climb up the metal stairs to the pool deck. We figured it out!!! Overall, nice stay, comfy rooms, nice staff, nice lobby bar and restaurant where we didn't eat at. We did the lounge on the 27th floor, where there was a very nice breakfast where you can start the day!!! Enjoy your stay!!!

Great lovation

Austin, the bartender (bar manager?) provided excellent service. Not just in filling my drink, but he was very aware when an overly intoxicated patron approached the bar, along with myself and another patron. He was proactive in gaining my attention and handling the situation with discretion and effectiveness. It's nice to know that not only was he keeping watch, he didn't wait for a complaint or for us to leave, but rather intercepted. 10 out of 10 for Austin.

Had a great stay,staff was excellent 👌 👏 everyone room was comfortable .and poo area was relaxing would highly recommend. Will stay here next year same weekend thanks Kenny tyler

the staff really made our stay memorable. Everyone was friendly and attentive, which made a big difference. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Staff is engaging, kind, and thoughtful. You can immediately tell there is a very positive work environment and that is immediately passed on to an excellent guest experience!

Harlon was good & made me feel safe in my new room & new environment. He was steady & did not damage my bags. He deserved this good review
