Renaissance Dallas Hotel

My colleague and I choose the Renaissance Dallas due to the superb service and care provided by Miss Debra in the Lounge. She is incredible and always takes care of everyone as if they are family. In over six years of near monthly visits to Dallas she is our constant for excellence and true service with a smile.

Karina was incredible! She really demonstrated first class customer service and was able to resolve any issues we were running into.

The moment I walked in Karina and Valerie were the sweetest and most accommodating people! They helped with navigating early check ins, late check outs, where to go/what to do. Just over the top kindness that you do not experience everywhere. These two will make sure your stay is top notch! Oh also, the hostess at the restaurant was the sweetest too!

I stayed here twice in October and Destiny checked me in both times with such excitement. The service is always above and beyond.
