My favorite Dallas hotel. Your staff makes all the difference. From Ruben in the dining room , to the warm friendly registrations folks like Karina, Christian and Camron, you always make our stay an exceptional experience. From a traveler’s perspective, people really make or break the stay….and your staff at the Renaissance go above and beyond every time! Thank you!

Food and atmosphere were great. Rosie and Chris at the Asador Bar were FANTASTIC! Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly gracious. We absolutely loved them. What gems you have as part of your staff. Next time we are in from Alabama, we will be sure to come back and stay because of these two. The hotel is also great. Thank you to all the staff.

I am in charge of a third of the country for my med device company. I first came to this hotel when I was 27. I’m 49. Of every hotel I visit as a Titanium Elite member this is my favorite. The people have been here for YEARS (shout out to Debra and her mom and Jasmine) and it’s CLEAR the management is doing this right. The front desk is friendly and always has a smile. Best lounge and food I’ve had. Beds are awesome. They service daily without asking. The restaurant is fantastic. Location is central to Dallas. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s the only place I feel like I’m coming home every time. 50/10

Everything was SUPERB! I was here over Thanksgiving for work and they provided the best hospitality ; the staff looked out for us, making sure we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. The room was luxurious. The food was delicious; kudos to the chef for a delicious meal. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Service from Loretha Mccree was great. Helped me with a lost and found item. She was helpful and kind. She stayed on the phone with me until resolved.

Hotel is beautiful and service was excellent in all areas. I was especially impressed with the professionalism and personalized support provided by the front desk clerk, Christian. He recognized my fatigue and showed sincere empathy. He even remembered me at check-out

We brought our PlantCon international staff team to the Renaissance Dallas Hotel from October 13 to October 20, booked a total of 29 rooms for our 74 guests, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Overall, our entire team had an outstanding experience at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. The property itself was beautiful, the location across from Dallas Market Hall was extremely convenient, and the staff provided consistently excellent service. Many team members commented that this was one of the best hotels they’ve stayed in, with friendly and accommodating employees who made them feel welcome and well cared for throughout the week. Highlights: • The hotel’s proximity to the event venue at the Dallas Market Hall was a major advantage and made logistics effortless (literally a 1 minute walk across the street). • Breakfast received the most praise, described as “delicious,” “the best I’ve ever had,” and a highlight of the stay. • The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and many appreciated the great showers, pool, hot tub, and access to laundry. • Staff service was excellent, with multiple mentions of team members going above and beyond to help. • Many attendees described the atmosphere as relaxing and “home away from home.” Hotel Team Member Highlights: • We’d like to specifically recognize Colleen Schaefer, our Event Manager, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was instrumental in helping us get all of our room assignments organized and set up properly, and she handled every question we sent her way with kindness, patience, and efficiency. Her responsiveness and professionalism made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. • We’d also like to recognize Wesley at the front desk, who was a standout during our entire stay. He went above and beyond to help us resolve check-in details, parking questions, and breakfast clarifications. He was consistently gracious, friendly, and eager to help with anything our team needed. Several of our staff members mentioned how much they appreciated his exceptional service and positive attitude. Constructive Feedback / Areas for Improvement: • A few rooms experienced plumbing issues (slow or clogged drains) and nonworking refrigerators or phones. • Several guests mentioned wishing rooms included a microwave for reheating food. Overall Sentiment: Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, most guests rated their experience as excellent, with words like amazing, beautiful, convenient, clean, and comfortable used repeatedly. The breakfast and staff service were particular standouts. Several people said they’d love to stay here again for future PlantCon events, and one of our directors called this her “top hotel experience so far for any event.”

I left a bag and clothes at the hotel. Once I was transferred to the correct department, I had a lovely experience with Loretha Mccree. She went up and above to make sure I received my package. She was relentless in contacting me. She is an asset to this company.

When we travel to Dallas we almost exclusively choose to stay at this property. It never fails to impress. Today was no different. We were greeted at the desk by Juan and Destiny. Their friendliness, professionalism and kind demeanor set a nice tone for the rest of the stay. These guys were awesome! After getting settled we went to the Club Lounge where Deborah welcomed us and provided a superior level of service punctuated with a sincere kindness and warm personality. We enjoyed the experience so much we came back later. For dinner we ate at the on site restaurant which never fails to disappoint. The food was delicious and the cocktails tasty. We'll be sure to keep coming back to this shining star in the Marriott chain!
