Smelt really bad furniture was falling apart tv was broken

Staff was lovely. My family was staying until our home was ready so it was a nice staycation.

It’s so disgusting in there we had no sheets or covers on the bed we were told they don’t carry man because people be stealing their stuff the pull out couch had blood and urine all over it and the bed was very disgusting my kids and my husband all slept on the floor on a pallet we made… it was late and last minute so we couldn’t leave it’s was horrible the bathroom was so so so so so so disgusting!!!! I wish I could give it negative stars my kids cried

Disgusting and understaffed

Initial staff was friendly and supposedly upgraded my room, however nothing about the room was upgraded. I don’t even want to know what a not upgraded room looks like. My room had no tv remote (this was very common) and so I didn’t realize til later that the main tv was completely cracked and not working until I got a new remote from them. The whole room was very old and outdated. The sofa couch looked super dirty with stains and would have not fit anybody on it. Didn’t even want to touch it. The hotel was not as advertised. There is no gym facility, no pool, no business center or meeting room. I let the staff know the next day the tv was broken and cracked and she said she’d let someone know and it would be replaced by the time I got back from church but after I came back 5 hrs later it was not fixed. Someone just turned the tv off. I asked again and she said she’d reach back out and I asked if there was another available room and she said she would let me know. So I went back and was not very happy but she did come to my room and let me know I could go to another room down the hallway. That room was much better and I was very grateful to be in a better room that had a table and I stained sofa. The chair was dirty though and so I decided not to sit in it. The towels were all dirty and stained except one. Thankfully I didn’t need all of the towels so I didn’t even mention that or the stained sink. Breakfast was almost non existent.

Was told the room I booked did not exist. Reservation was canceled but they still charged me.

Nothing was charged muliiple time on my cridit card and was sitting in room it fill up with a gas for hrs and hrs. Im a disabled vetrean and i have copd, i could barily breath. I go to window she never came. She i used my chase apt tap to pay. What there doing is stacking apps with tap to play and vharging u many times. Google psys then chrome pays then so on. This is going on everywhere near dallas trying to travel i look and it says i spent 5500$ in traveling.
