My suite was not adequately cleaned. I reported the discovery of drug paraphernalia on the couch to the front desk staff in the presence of my children. The potential risk to my youngest child is unacceptable. Despite reporting this to both the front desk and the head housekeeper, I received no follow-up. This experience fell significantly short of the advertised standards.

Was able to pay through Booking.com/Afterpay.

On arrival, I had to yell for the hotel staff to get checked in. I left for a couple of hours, came back and my key didn't work anymore. The couch was stained and worn. I wasn't planning on preparing any meals, but the stove/burners had rust surrounding them. I thought the 32 Inch TV wasn't working, until I realized the remote was not the original. I was on the first floor and there were residents above me, extremely loud most of the night. The continental breakfast consisted of a few chocolate muffins, oatmeal packets and coffee. If I could get a refund of, some of the fee, I would gladly accept..

This hotel was horrible! The room was not cleaned up well. We actually wet one of there towels to clean the floor because it was sticky. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom. It had a kitchenette with no dishes or pots in it so when we took our food we actually had to go get plates and silverware to eat it. I don't know who the owner is but this hotel use needs to be condemned! It's outdated. The window screens had holes in it. Like big enough that a bird could fly in the room couldn't open the windows for fresh air. the couch in our room was horrible. the room had a little table to eat at but no chairs to sit in. I'm sure there's more to tell but I'm done. DO NOT GO THERE!!
