"Don’t stay there looks nothing like the pictures"

Nothing!!!

Got there and the photos on the booking.com didn’t match the rooms, dirty and rundown rooms, felt uncomfortable, the lady said even said oh and there’s no shower curtain too and in the end I refused to give them my money and left and stayed somewhere else. Lady at front counter didnt care at all, she said go somewhere else then.

I went to Plano inn & suites and had a really bad experience so I booked the stay here, and it was very nice experience and stay. I would update the stoves, and get an ice machine. Other than that, it was pretty decent.

"It was an OK stay we did sleep well. The beds were comfortable except for they need thicker blankets but we were disappo"

Staff was nice and it was close to the event that we were going to so that was a plus

What I didn’t like about it is that I rented a room that was supposed to have two full beds and a pull out sofa bed but when I got there, we didn’t have a sofa bed and they said that they didn’t have any rooms with two beds and a sofa bed But that’s what my listing had said so that’s the whole reason why I rented that particular room for my family and then also my stove didn’t work we didn’t have a microwave but they did bring us one. We didn’t have any coffee pot. We didn’t have any hot water and our bathroom door had a hole in it so I was a little disappointed.

Outlets had space where my small children could fit their fingers and I found small roaches and wall had a crack and they didn’t even clean bathroom the second night also called to say I’d be late for check in and when I got there they said they had cancelled my room
