I did not stay at this hotel and was initially told I would be refunded, with the amount showing on my card within a few business days. However, five days later, I still have not received the refund. Upon following up, I was informed that the refund was never processed and that I need to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager has been unavailable every time I’ve called. This situation feels like a complete runaround. My receipt clearly shows I checked in and checked out within five minutes, yet the employee lied to me about processing the refund on the spot. I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of accountability and assistance. I hope that when I call tomorrow for the third time, someone will finally resolve this issue.

This was a horrible hotel nothing worked the TV didn't work the shower didn't work it smelled like cat pee and vinegar there was a used condom wrapper on the floor by the bed the toilet ran all night the fire alarm was sticking out of the ceiling the carpet was tattered and there was no phone

4709 w plano pkwy, plano,texas-this extended stay was atrocious, no shower curtain, curtain rod coming out of the wall, no microwave,FILTHY, owner & management non existent

This property was dirty, outdated, and quite disgusting. The only positive was the young lady that was at the counter was extremely helpful in a very difficult situation the first room that she gave me there was no shower curtain and no shower rod. I came back to the front desk and she apologize. She upgraded me to a room that was a bigger room and much cleaner than the first but the showerhead did not work and I had to take a bath. I requested a blanket because it was very cold and I was told I would get one at 7 AM in the morning but once again, I want to stress that the young lady that was at the counter when I checked and did an excellent job in a very bad situation outside of that I would never stay here again, even if it was for $1 million dollars.
