"Excellent unexpected visit to Hilton North Houston"

Michael the shuttle driver is excellent! He is a gem. My flight was canceled after waiting 8 hours. He cheered me up after a stressful day plus it was my birthday and was not expecting to be stuck at Houston Airport area overnight. Also Jasmine at the front desk was amazing and helped me out so I could attend online all my meetings that I would have missed if the Hilton had not taken care of me. Room was extra nice too.

I had the pleasure to stay at the hotel for 3 nights. From the moment I arrived until I left the customer experience was excellent from the front desk check in to the room service. I would like to give a big thank you to Clinton on the front desk who was very helpful in locating an item I left in my room and was able to have it return to me.
